Designing spaces that work with us — not against us
Discover our methodology in action. From corporate environments to deep work spaces, we craft surroundings that reduce cognitive fatigue and elevate everyday human experience.

Atmosphere is your foundation
YOUR SURROUNDINGS SUPPORT YOU — WHEN DESIGNED WITH INTENTION
Many organizations sense when a space isn’t working, yet struggle to pinpoint why. Often, environments are shaped by fragmented decisions — resulting in surroundings that drain energy rather than generate it.

The Colornudge methodology transforms physical space into a strategic asset. Through sensory-aligned choices, we create:
-
Visual calm — reducing daily cognitive noise.
-
Intuitive zoning — balancing deep work and collaboration.
-
Human well-being — surroundings that actively support focus and energy.

You don’t need to redesign everything. We just need to start with intention.
FROM VISUAL NOISE
CASE STUDY I — OPEN-PLAN OFFICE

THE CHALLENGE
The organization experienced an open-plan office environment characterized by high visual stimuli, fragmented work zones, and a lack of cohesion between colors, materials, and spatial functions.

Employees described the environment as turbulent and mentally draining, noting that it was difficult to establish intuitive zones dedicated to both deep work and collaboration.
THE ANALYSIS
Through the Colornudge methodology, three critical areas were identified:
-
Absence of a clear visual hierarchy and spatial orientation.
-
An excess of competing materials and color palettes.
-
Restricted opportunities for mental restitution throughout the operational day.

THE TRANSFORMATION
TO VISUAL CALM

THE SOLUTION
Based on the specific organizational requirements, we developed a cohesive color and material strategy anchored in the principles of the Colornudge methodology.

A tranquil, organic foundation was established utilizing natural nuances and warm wood textures, while distinct work zones were articulated through intentional, precise contrasts.
THE RESULT
The outcome is a corporate environment characterized by enhanced visual ergonomics, intuitive spatial orientation, and an optimized balance between deep work and collaboration.

The surroundings now reinforce the exact brand experience the organization intends to cultivate — for employees and visitors alike.

Atmosphere is not merely an aesthetic choice
— it is the silent strategy behind human performance and well-being
FROM COLD EFFICIENCY
CASE STUDY II — INFORMAL SPACES

THE CHALLENGE
The workplace was dominated by rigid, formal meeting environments. While functional for structured presentations, these spaces failed to invite spontaneous dialogue, informal exchange, or genuine human connection.
THE ANALYSIS
Through spatial observations, we identified a critical gap in the organizational landscape:
-
Lack of psychological safety in overly formal surroundings.
-
High visual stiffness preventing casual, creative problem-solving.
-
Absence of transitional spaces where employees could naturally connect between tasks.
CASE STUDY II — INFORMAL SPACES
TRANSFORMATION
TO HUMAN CONNECTION

THE SOLUTION
Shifted focus toward the human dimension (Human-to-Human). We designed a series of intuitive "in-between spaces" using soft upholstery, muted earth tones, and warm, indirect lighting to lower physical and mental barriers.
THE RESULT
A versatile spatial layer that naturally invites deeper conversations, creative ideation, and stronger internal relationships — transforming passive square meters into active cultural drivers.
