For mig handler farver og indretning især om at forstå, hvorfor noget føles rigtigt – og hvorfor noget ikke gør.

For nylig justerede jeg mit eget hjemmekontor, ikke med nye møbler eller med store forandringer - men med bevidste valg:

Farver, der inspirerer mig, materialer der inviterer, et rum der støtter mig – i stedet for at forstyrre.
Det slog mig igen, hvor lidt der egentlig skal til. Og hvor stor en forskel det kan gøre, når vi tør lytte til det, vi mærker.

Farver er ikke pynt, de er medspillere. De former vores energi, og gør en forskel i vores hverdag.

Det her er bare ét eksempel, som jeg fik lyst til at dele her, og måske er det en invitation til dig og dine omgivelser🌱

Hvad kan du justere, så dine omgivelser støtter dig bedre?

🌸 Naturen har ikke travlt – og det kan mærkes.

Har du lagt mærke til, hvordan noget helt enkelt – som en gren i vinden – kan skabe ro i kroppen?

Det handler ikke kun om bevægelsen. Det er også farverne - De støvede grønne, de blide rosa, de varme jordtoner. Farver, der ikke kræver noget – men som alligevel påvirker os.

Vi kan godt glemme det i en travl hverdag, men små pauser, hvor naturens rytme, og farver får lov at lande i os, kan give ny energi og visuel ro.

Det er små ting – men farver er ikke bare overflade. De kan påvirke vores tanker, vores tempo og vores tilstedeværelse i arbejdet.
